This framework is designed to support leaders around the country in building and maintaining a local community.
Every local community is a chapter or ministry of Entheo Alliance.
Entheo Community is the principal chapter of Entheo Alliance and serves primarily the southeast region with plenty of online events for its members all over the country.
Establishing your chapter's trust
Your board of trustees will consist of at least two members of your organization plus Entheo Alliance as an organizational trustee.
Creating your founding documents
These are what make the founding of the organization official and outline the organization's mission, structure, and operating procedures.
Opening a trust bank account & credit cards
We prepare an asbstract of trust so that the bank does not have the full details of what your organization does.
Assets in this account are managed by the board of trustees and include donations as well as expeditures.

We provide training materials and ordination assessments for our ordinations that are recognized across all chapters:
Sacrament Minister - A member who has demonstrated understanding of how to handle and work with sacrament safely, as well as how to ensure their terminology and behavior are aligned with constitutional religious use protections.
Fellowship Minister - A member who hosts official chapter events. Requires training and assessment on how to create community events, how to speak about the organization, and how to ensure safety among event attendees.
Ceremony Minister - A member who has completed facilitator training through a recognized course and passed our ordination process involving 2-3 journeys that are donated pro deo for evaluation purposes.
Chapter Minister - A member who wishes to start their own chapter. Training includes everything needed to understand the structural, legal and financial aspects of the chapter framework in order to be able to run the chapter independently.
We help you ensure you are correctly recording your minister housing expenses so that you can receive reimbursement for them tax-free as minister housing allowance.
We sit as an organizational trustee on your board of trustees to help make decisions that are not only best for the chapter but for the community as a whole.
We will provide evidence of religious use and safety training in defense of you or any of your members in the unlikely event that it is needed.
A $3,000 up-front contribution covers all of the setup tasks shown above.
For the ongoing support of your chapter, all member dues (average ~$10/member/month) will be paid to Entheo Alliance. Any other donations that your chapter brings in from things such as events, raffles, fundraising, programs and services, sale of goods, etc. will go directly to your chapter.
You may also choose to require an additional chapter membership if that is desired for additional chapter support.
If you are currently operating as an LLC or other type of corporate entity, this incorporation will need to be explicitly dissolved with the state before you can become a chapter of Entheo Alliance. You will still be able to keep your organization name, but you will function as an irrevocable living trust representing an unincorporated association.
To apply to become a chapter, your first step is to fill out the Entheo Alliance New Chapter Application Form. Please be advised that is currently a waiting list for onboarding new chapters and may take up to 6 months before we begin the process of onboarding your chapter.
